Being a student I realize that being a teacher is so difficult. There's so many things to do to be a good and effective teacher. You should have an exact or you must have a full knowledge about the topics that you have to be discussed. You must be also idealistic on how you will have to deal your student's enable for them to be interested on listening while you are discussing.
The teacher also must have the understanding to his or her student in terms of their learning capacity, because the learners are not the same in the sense of what they understand the subject. First is, there are some students which are a slow learners. Second are the middle type, and the third one are the fast learners. So you must have to handle them fairly and you must have an idea on hoe you will deal to them enable for them to understand the topics you are dealing with them.
